Broadland St. Benedicts, trading as St Benedict’s Homes Limited, was established in February 2006 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Broadland Housing Association.
Broadland is committed to creating sustainable mixed tenure communities. St Benedict’s Homes has been established to develop housing for sale in Norfolk and North Suffolk and will build new housing alongside affordable rented housing owned by Broadland. The company’s first scheme will be the redevelopment of Broadland’s old head office in St Benedict’s Street, Norwich.
